This bar consists of expensive drinks, food and penguins that aren't in great conditions. It opens at 6pm and closes at 4am with customers gazing and taking selfies with the penguins. Seems like a bit of a weird concept to me and I wouldn't recommend supporting this business if you care about animal welfare, these beautiful animals should be in the wild.

Interesting concept on the animal cafe craze in Japan. I think readers will appreciate your honest feedback. It may be worth checking out once and I was happy to see English menus.
Yeah they are very popular but penguins do not seem to be the best idea. The enclosure for the penguins is pretty small and there's nothing for them to do except swim.

I feel so sorry for the poor penguins. That's terrible to keep them like that!
